Our Kollel and classes are a place to explore the world and guidance of Torah.
On Saturday mornings, try a Father-Son minyan. Starts at 9:30 AM and is a place for your young men to learn how to pray and lead the services. Some of our younger adults pray at this service, some at the other two adult minyanim.
Toddlers
Mom and tots class,
Our Saturday morning mom and toddler circle is delightful. Meet moms in the community, learn and share and let the toddlers play together. 10AM Saturdays.
There are also mom-and-baby events around the year’s Jewish Holidays.

Older Kids and Teens
Drop in our Saturday morning youth program at 10AM. Play with other kids, enjoy snacks and learning with Jane Farkas.

Many more events around the Jewish Holidays, the High-Holiday and a dynamic Father-Son Minyan on Shabbat. Our youth’s Father-Son Service at 9:30 AM. Or drop in to our full length, traditional Ashkenazi or Sefardi prayer service, dvar torahs, kids’ programs,youths’ programs, big community Kiddush.
Ours is an established minyan and community who is invested in our youth and the strength of our families. Our facilities, dynamic Rabbis and Rebbetzins are something to see and there are many joint events, simchot and Torah classes and programs for your young family.
We share resources and people with both an Ashkenazi and Sefardi community, which means you will always have a minyan and always new classes and social events in Thornhill’s warmest and most sincerely growing Jewish community.
